NXT - September Week 1, Year 2

Match 1. William Regal vs. Cactus Jack vs. Jack Swagger

Match 2. Asuka vs. Paige

Match 3. Apollo Crews vs. Tye Dillinger
The Perfect 10 makes his NXT debut. Tye immediately left the ring and taunted Crews. Crews came back with a fall away slam. Tye hit a German suplex and neck breaker. Crews blocked Tye and landed a superplex. Crews then hit three powerbombs and a standing moonsault to win.

Dillinger looked good in his debut, but Crews was just too powerful.

Match 4. Blake and Murphy vs. TM61
We saw TM61 during the tag tournament. Looks like they're getting another shot here. A win here could get them an offer. Shane caught Blake with a snap DDT. Nick then hit a tilt-a-whirl slam. Blake and Murphy took control of Shane for a bit. Miller caught Blake with a spinning sit-out sidewalk slam to win.

TM61 defeats a top team in NXT. They definitely belong here.

Match 5. Daniel Bryan vs. Sting
Big match here. Samoa Joe attacked Bryan from behind. Sting left the ring and clotheslined Bryan. They went into the ring and Bryan made his comeback. Bryan then hit his Yes Kicks and locked in the Yes Lock. Sting landed a spike piledriver and won.

After the match, Joe walked back out and stared down Bryan.

The pre-match attack did Bryan no favors.

Main Event. Edge vs. Finn Balor

Recap: There were some debuts this week. Dillinger is a good mid-card guy and TM61 will be contenders for a while.
