September Week 2, Year 1

With the signings of The Dudleyz and Asuka to NXT, SmackDown will get the first shot at the next 3 free agents.

NXT
Match 1. Sin Cara vs. Cesaro
Cesaro attacked Sin from behind. He shook off the attack as he and Cesaro battled on the outside for a bit. In the ring, Cesaro stood on the second rope and suplexed Sin Cara from the apron and got the win.

The pre-match attack must have been worse than we thought. Impressive suplex from Cesaro.

Match 2. Paige vs. Brie Bella
Brie threw Paige into the barricade and ring apron multiple times. Back in the ring, she landed a super arm drag and kicks to the face. Paige hit the Paige Turner, but Brie kicked out. Paige followed it up with the Ram-Paige to win.

Paige is just taking out every challenger coming her way.

Match 3. Randy Savage vs. Lex Luger

Match 4. Cactus Jack vs. Kevin Owens

Match 5. Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt

Match 6. Daniel Bryan vs. Edge vs. JBL
I can't remember the last time I used JBL. Bryan brought in a sledgehammer, but Edge prevented him from using it. JBL hit Edge in the back with the sledgehammer. Edge came back with a superplex. Bryan landed his kicks on JBL. They went to the outside as Edge threw both men into the steel post. Edge busted JBL open with the Edgecution. Edge dodged the Knee Plus. Bryan countered the spear. JBL took down Edge, but could not capitalize and Bryan snuck in to score the pin.

WWF
Match 1. Prime Time Players vs. The New Day

Match 2. Stephanie McMahon vs. Alicia Fox
Will Nikki get revenge? She did. Nikki threw Steph into the steel steps as she walked down the ramp. Fox hit a cartwheel leg drop, but Steph kicked out. She then hit a modified Overdrive, but got another 2 count. Steph tried making a comeback, but Alicia hit an ax kick and won.

After the match, Nikki appeared back on stage. Her and Steph had some choice words and had to be separated by officials.

Wow. This feud is becoming personal. And a win is a win for Alicia.

Match 3. Shane McMahon vs. The Miz

Match 4. Undertaker and Stone Cold vs. Kane and Batista
After a suplex, Taker hit Kane with a big chokeslam. The Animal caught Austin with a spear, but got a two count. Austin sent Kane to the outside. Kane came back with a back suplex. Batista landed the Batista Bomb, but Taker broke up the pin. Taker hit Batista with the Tombstone, but he got a foot on the ropes. Kane had Austin in a submission. Batista went after Taker, but he accidentally took out the ref. Taker hit Kane with the Last Ride and got the win.

Great tag match with four legends. I need to use these guys more.

Match 5. Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins
Rollins tossed Dean up and kicked him in the gut on the way down and hit the Pedigree, but Dean kicked out. Ambrose then hit a front headlock driver. Rollins placed Dean in the tree of woe and hit the double foot stomp. He followed it up with the Skywalker. Rollins went for the Phoenix Splash, but Dean rolled away. Rollins busted Dean open with a running knee and won with a second Pedigree.

Rollins looked good in this match. He busted out some old moves to put Dean away.

Match 6. Roman Reigns vs. Ryback

Heat
Match 1. Curtis Axel vs. Heath Slater

Match 2. Fandango vs. Damien Sandow

Match 3. Jack Swagger vs. Viktor

Recap: I wonder why Heat only uses NXT Superstars...Anyway, there were some quick matches. These rivalries are reaching new heights. Just 2 weeks away from Night of Champions.
