Raw is War Fully Loaded, Year 4

All four titles are on the line

Match 1. Breezango vs. Natural Disasters
The smaller Breezango have had the upper hand on the two big men. Breeze took down Typhoon with kicks to the hamstring. Breezango then worked over Earthquake. The Disasters beat up Breeze for a bit. Fandango hit Typhoon with the Last Dance leg drop to get the win.

Another nice win for Breezango. They're owed a title shot now.

Match 2. Charlotte vs. Alexa Bliss - Raw Women's Championship
They traded arm bars early. Charlotte hit a delayed suplex. Bliss hit a jaw breaker. Charlotte landed a nice powerbomb. She got a near fall after a spear. After a suplex, Alexa got a near fall after two Twisted Blisses. Charlotte hit a top-rope snap mare and won with a spear.

A great women's match. Both women pulled out everything they got and a new champ is crowned.

Match 3. New Day vs. The Revival - Raw Tag Team Championship
Possibly my best feud. Revival worked over Woods in the beginning. Kofi went to the top, but Dawson knocked him down from the apron. Things broke down as Woods busted Wilder open and Dawson threw Kofi into the post. Dash then busted Woods open. Dawson came in and won with the Double-A spine buster.

Another great match for a title change. They are The Revival for a reason.

Match 4. Big Show vs. TJ Perkins - Intercontinental Championship
Perkins has a tall task ahead of him. Show hit a slam and big boot. Perkins pulled out a table to even the odds. Perkins locked in a Texas Cloverleaf as best as he could. He got a near fall after the drive-by dropkick. Show wailed on Perkins with a chair. TJP hit a fireman's carry heel kick but couldn't capitalize. Show dodged a frog splash and won with a spear.

Perkins had a great showing but Show was just too much for him.

Match 5. Stone Cold vs. Mark Henry
Austin tossed Henry shoulder first into the post. Mark threw Austin up in the air. Austin countered a slam into a DDT and then hit the Lou Thesz Press. Henry fought back and continued to toss Steve around. Henry kicked out of the Stunner. After some punches, Austin won with another Thesz Press.

Austin toughed it out and got the win. Title shot next?

Match 6. Last Man Standing - Batista vs. Bobby Roode
Roode sent Batista into the steel post multiple times. Batista threw him into the steps and then hit a spine buster. Batista continued with a spear and Batista Bomb to get the win.

Wow. That was a glorified squash. Roode got very little offense in.

Main Event. Table - Shawn Michaels vs. Edge - WWF Championship
Edge is familiar with this match type. Michaels was technical early. Edge hit a flapjack onto the steps.  He later hit two powerbombs and a spear. Michaels caught Edge off the top with Sweet Chin Music. He then placed Edge on the table and put him through with a moonsault.

They turned up the intensity early. Michaels had a solid title defense. Edge will be back, though.

Recap: The undercard was great with two title changes. The LMS match was underwhelming.

Impact Hard Justice, Year 4

Match 1. R-Truth vs. Goldust
This was random. They're a tag team! Truth hit a sit-out face buster and snapmare. Goldust hit the Bubba Bomb. Truth hit a high-angle DDT and twisting forearm smash. He then superplexed Goldy to the outside. Goldust tossed him against the railing. Truth came back with the Lie Detector to win.

Well, maybe they can get back to being a team...

Match 2. Baron Corbin vs. Tyson Kidd - X-Division Championship
This started as a David/Goliath match. Corbin hit a huge full nelson slam. Kidd took down the big man and DDT'd him on the apron. Corbin shook it off and hit a superplex. He then hit a front slam and retained his title.

Not the best match. They didn't seem to mesh well.

Match 3. Asuka vs. Alicia Fox - Women's Championship

Match 4. Roderick Strong vs. Jack Gallagher
They wrestled around on the mat for a bit. Gallagher countered a couple of backbreakers. Strong hit a double underhook powerbomb and a back stabber. He later hit the suplex back breaker and got the win.

Match 5. Hype Bros vs. Authors of Pain - Impact Tag Team Championship
The match was pretty even to start. Rezar dodged a diving clothesline and Mojo accidentally hit the ref. Ryder hit Akam with a frankensteiner and reverse DDT. He hit the Rough Ryder but Rezar broke up the pin. Ryder connected with a dive from the top. Rezar almost took Ryder's head up with a clothesline and won.

A good tag match. Mojo didn't do much so he let Ryder down here.

Match 6. Daniel Bryan vs. Kurt Angle - Impact Championship
Dream match! Angle made an early attempt at the Angle Lock. He landed three German suplexes. Bryan needs to get something going or he'll lose his title. Bryan hit a heel kick on the outside. He hit the Yes Kicks and locked in the Yes Lock. Angle escaped and won with a diving moonsault.

What a match. Bryan was behind the 8-ball early. Angle is once again champion.

This takes place in Hell in a Cell. The superstar that takes the pin will be fired from Impact. The winner gets a guaranteed title shot. Ambrose hit Flair with the steps. Nakamura had to fight for his life against Lesnar. He almost made Luger tap with a cross arm breaker. Sheamus hit Ambrose with White Noise. Lesnar got a couple of near falls. Nakamura hit Luger with a reverse exploder onto the steps and got the win.

Whoa! What a shake-up in just one match. Nakamura gets a title shot but Luger's career is over.

Recap: Will one of the other brands sign Luger? Will Impact sign someone else? A great show with two major title changes.

Um, I guess they deserve a PPV match. Rowan hit a press slam. Sin Cara landed a flying head scissors. He then hit an STO and dive to the outside. Cara kept the pressure with a second STO and schoolboy powerbomb to win.

Not sure how Sin Cara lifted him with ease but he got the job done.

NXT TakeOver: Arrival

What a show we have tonight. I scratched the rankings. I wasn't going to change every title match for every PPV. I'll let the game book everything!

Match 1. Enzo and Big Cass vs. Gallows and Anderson - NXT Tag Team Championship
Enzo hit Luke with a sit-out jaw breaker. Cass landed two second-rope side slams. Gallows came back with a superplex. He beat down Enzo up the ramp. After a sitting spine buster on Enzo, Anderson got two near falls. Cass pinned Gallows with the East River Crossing.

A big win for the tag champs.

Match 2. Submission - AJ Styles vs. Scott Hall
Is this our first time seeing Hall in action? Styles focused on the back and neck early. Hall landed a fall away slam and chokeslam. He then kicked AJ's head into the steel post. AJ connected with two Pele kicks. After an Outsider's Edge, Hall locked in the Boston Crab and made Styles tap.

Wow. Hall actually pulled out a submission and won in his first try.

Match 3. Bulldog vs. Neville vs. Booker - European Championship
This could steal the show. Bulldog quickly took down his opponents. All three traded back suplexes and slams. Booker hit Neville with a heel kick and spine buster. Neville came back with a running cutter. Neville took out Bulldog with a German and Booker almost won with the Book End. There were a bunch more near falls. Bulldog hit Booker with a press slam. Neville followed up with a inside out 450 splash to win.

Holy crap. That definitely lived up to expectations. Neville is the new champ.

Match 4. Submission - Kevin Nash vs. Bray Wyatt
This should be interesting. Another interesting matchup. Nash hit a sidewalk slam and locked in a camel clutch. Wyatt landed a clutch slam. Bray connected with his own super fall away slam. Nash hit the Jackknife and locked in a single-leg crab. Nash shook off a Sister Abigail and won with a single-leg crab.

A decent match. Wyatt had the upper hand for a decent part of the match, too.

Match 5. Ricky Steamboat vs. Curtis Axel
This has been building up for the last two months. Can Axel get the big win? Ricky kept Axel grounded for a bit. Axel hit a swinging neck breaker but couldn't capitalize. After a power slam, Steamboat hit a diving cross body to get the win.

Axel raised Steamboat's arm in the end. I guess he's learning about respect.

Match 6. Submission - John Cena vs. Mankind
They quickly went to the outside. Cena hit two reverse DDTs and a running sit-out powerbomb. He then hit the 5 Knuckle Shuffle and AA. But this is a submission match. He attempted an arm bar. Mankind was making a comeback when Cena busted out a second AA. Mankind used Mr. Socko but Cena escaped. Mankind hit a running bulldog and won with Mr. Socko.

This could be the biggest upset in all of Universe. Mankind makes Cena tap.

Main Event. Iron Man - Seth Rollins vs. Triple H - NXT Championship
Whoa. Seth busted out a frog splash early. He's looking for that first point. H almost scored the first fall but Rollins grabbed the rope. He then got a near fall after a Pedigree. Trips got the first point after a back breaker. He went up 2-0 after a Pedigree. Rollins came back with his own Pedigree to cut the deficit in half. He hit a Buckle Bomb and tried to score with his feet on the ropes. Trips goes up 3-1 with a spine buster and then 4-1 with another Pedigree. Rollins made it 4-2 with his second Pedigree. He needs to pick up the pace. 4-3 after a front slam but the bell rang soon after.

Triple H is now the NXT Champion. Are we getting another reign of terror?

Recap: Triple H, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall all won on this show. Interesting. I'm interested to see where the Steamboat/Axel story goes now.

Rollins came back with the roll-though heel kick. Triple H hit Rollins with the Pedigree through the announce table. Rollins recovered and won after hitting a second super kick.

The champ prevailed somehow. Anyone else would have been done in by the Pedigree.

Technical against power. After a stint on the outside, Hennig hit a snapmare. Show tossed Perfect up and hit the knockout punch on the way down but got a two count. Hennig grabbed the ropes after a spear. Show then pinned a bloody Hennig after a second spear.

A good opening match. Show was just too powerful for the Perfect One.

Match 2. Charlotte vs. Alexa Bliss - WWF Women's Championship

Austin hit the Lou Thesz Press. Edge busted Austin open with a second DDT. Austin got a two count after the Stunner. Edge won with the spear.

Austin fired up after getting busted open but Edge was able to hit the spear.

Clearly the top two teams on Raw fighting for the titles. Kofi slammed Dawson down a couple of times. Wilder and Woods went back and forth. Kofi countered a suplex into a DDT. Woods was on fire with a discus forearm, fisherman neck breaker and won with the Honor Roll.

Match 6. Batista vs. Bobby Roode
Batista hit a half-and-half suplex. Roode grabbed a chair and cracked Batista over the head. Batista came back with a powerbomb on the outside. Roode hit a suplex and Death Valley Driver to win.

Not the best match. Roode pins a big name, which is a plus.

Main Event. Shawn Michaels vs. Cesaro - WWF Championship
This could be the best wrestled match so far. Michaels was in control early. Cesaro hit a gutwrench suplex and locked in a couple of holds. Cesaro caught Michaels with the European uppercut but got a near fall. He followed it up with the Neutralizer but again got a two count. Michaels landed the Sweet Chin Music and diving elbow but Cesaro kicked out. Michaels shook off a German suplex on the outside and won with a second super kick.

What a match. Cesaro had Michaels down a couple of times. HBK is just too damn good.
